11.04.2014 I'm in Cux and preparing the boat for a 300 nm Qualification for the RB&I

 From 16. to 18. 04 2014 we sailed together (with Martin Zeyer) a 330 nm, 48.5h qualification tour from Helgoland to Helgoland, sailing west, then northwest and then back to Helgoland. Largest straight distance to Helgoland was 146 nm. We had winds between forth 2 at the beginning up to 8, but most of the time 6 to 7, at the beginning from south east turning over west to northwest and finally north, cold water temperature of 7°C and air temperature between 10 and 12 °C. “  

Between 7. and 22. of May, Reto and Hajo sailed from Cuxhaven with stormy weather to Den Helder. from there on I was also on board and we had very good conditions to transfer insomniX to Plymouth.
